Terms of use

Article 1: preamble and general provisions

The general terms and conditions apply exclusively to present and future commercial relations between pro rider design and the customer. Any conditions not in compliance with the general terms and conditions present on the site that you may have formulated will not be accepted.

Article 2: products

Upon receipt of your order, we inform our users of the availability of the products you wish to order. However, if a personalizable product were to become completely unavailable, pro rider design will inform you by email of this potential unavailability and offer you the return of the product within 30 days.

Article 3: pricing

Pro rider design reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, however we commit to offering the prices in force as indicated at the time of your order.

Article 4: order

We take responsibility for accepting your order as stipulated in the general terms and conditions. You have the option to place an order with proriderdesign.com as follows: - Online only No order will be validated by email or fax.

Any order placed with pro rider design requires the creation of a member account. Access to this account is conditional on your identification via the email address you chose when creating your member account as well as your personal password. By validating your order, you agree to all the general terms and conditions of sale available on our website, and you accept that you have acknowledged this fact in order to invoke contradictory documents and also your general purchasing conditions; the act of purchasing entails acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. This validation confirms all the information that pro rider design has recorded, which constitutes proof of the transaction carried out by both parties.

Article 5: unauthorized names and logos

Names and logos related to alcohol, drugs, offensive, religious, musical and pornographic content are not permitted.

For MONSTER and REDBULL logos, you must have authorization from these brands.

Article 6: payment

Payment method: - By credit card Any credit card issued by banks based outside France must be an international credit card. Payment by credit card includes all necessary security measures using the Secure Socket Layer protocol. The transmitted data is encrypted by a program which allows it to be read during transport over the network. - by Paypal or by Stripe

Article 7: delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided during the order process. The risks remain entirely your responsibility once the carrier takes over. Delivery information is provided as a guide only, as delivery is carried out and handled by the postal service or Chronopost. If you place an order by cheque, your order will be processed from the receipt of said cheque and lead times will run accordingly.

The delivery rate obviously includes the transport and processing of your order. We reserve the right to select the shipping method as well as the type of package that will be most suitable for your shipment, regardless of the delivery rate. If you order several items at the same time and they have different delivery dates, we will use the latest date. We reserve the right to split shipments. Items that are dispatched are debited. However, processing and shipping fees are only charged for one shipment.

The final dispatch date will be as indicated on the product page, taking into account the product delivery time.

Article 8: returns and refunds

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, consumers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify a reason or pay any potential penalty. Please note that personalizable products are an exception. Please be aware that return shipping costs are entirely your responsibility, except if this arises from our error. We take into account products returned in their entirety, in good condition, with their original packaging exactly as we sent them, which will therefore be considered for a possible refund or exchange, with the exception of personalized products.

Please note that upon expiry of the withdrawal period, products will be considered as conforming to your order.

If you wish to cancel or return the item solely for the purpose of being refunded, we reserve the right to refund with a 10% deduction, and any delivery that was offered to you and that we paid for will then be charged to you.

For personalized products, the customization work fees are no longer refundable once the customer has received their first mockup (€10 for custom plates, €20 for a semi-custom kit, and €70 for a 100% custom kit).

If the cancellation request is made by the customer due to a change of mind, a misunderstanding or an inappropriate request on their part, the Stripe or PayPal fees will be their responsibility, as well as €9 for refund and cancellation processing.

Refunds are processed the next working day following the request (Monday to Friday), and the electronic processing time is a maximum of 10 days according to our payment module.

UFO plastic kits cannot be exchanged or refunded once they have been ordered from the manufacturer (except in the case of our error), as the UFO manufacturer does not accept merchandise returns.

Article 9: promotional codes

If you have obtained a promotional code, it must be entered in the relevant section during your order process. Please note that promotional codes cannot be combined with existing codes. The codes you hold are not exchangeable for cash or against a previous purchase.

Article 10: reviews and comments

All reviews posted by consumers on the proriderdesign.com website are moderated and processed by us. Therefore, when comments violate the law such as abusive advertising, discriminatory remarks, off-topic comments and any insults that are contrary to our policy, pro rider design reserves the right not to accept the comment(s).

Article 11: personal data protection

All information communicated in the context of your own orders is intended for pro rider design. This information will be used for the proper processing and tracking of your orders, after-sales service, marketing monitoring and customer relations of your personal customer account. Of course, we are committed to protecting all information concerning you. Your information will therefore be kept in the strictest confidence, in accordance with the provisions of the personal information protection policy. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, consumers have the right of access, objection, modification and deletion of personal information belonging to you that is held by pro rider design.
