CONTEST RULES ORGANIZED BY PRORIDERDESIGN,COM
From November 12 to 22, 2021

ARTICLE 1: THE ORGANIZER
Proriderdesign.com, 53290 Bouere, organizes from November 12 at 10am to November 22 at 8pm
a free contest with no purchase obligation on Instagram.

ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This contest is open to any individual residing in Europe and Morocco, with the exception of the organizers and any person who directly participated in the design and
organization of the contest.
The organizer draws attention to the fact that any minor participating in the contest is deemed to
participate under the supervision and with the consent of their parents or the holder(s) of parental
authority, or failing that, their legal guardian(s). Any incomplete, inaccurate, falsified entry,
containing false information, not complying with the rules or received after the defined date and time
of the contest will be considered void and will result in the elimination of the participant.

Likewise, any entry where the use of a bot is detected (multiple automated and repetitive registrations made
from the same IP address) will be considered void and
will result in the elimination of the participant(s). Each participant acknowledges knowing and accepting the
Instagram terms of use available at the following address:

A maximum of one entry per person and per household (same last name, same first name, same address
and/or mobile phone number and/or Instagram account and/or email address), throughout the entire
duration of the contest. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the winner's ineligibility.

ARTICLE 3: CONTEST RULES
The principle and organization of this contest are as follows:
From November 12 to 22, 2021 inclusive,

Participants must:

1-Follow the Instagram account @PRORIDERDESIGN, as well as the Facebook page @PRORIDERDESIGN

2-Like the CONTEST post #SHOPTONKIT

3-Also tag #SHOPTONKIT as well as tag 3 friends in the comments of the contest post,

4-Finally share the #shoptonkit contest organized by Proriderdesign,com in their Instagram story

The use of the dedicated hashtag #SHOPTONKIT as well as tagging 3 friends in the comment text of the post is required to validate the participant's entry. Only posts from Instagram accounts with a public profile can be taken into account. Participants must be
subscribed to the Instagram and Facebook account of Proriderdesign,com (@proriderdesign) to participate in the contest.
Only one entry is accepted
per account. If a participant wishes to withdraw their entry, they simply need to delete their post
directly from their Instagram account.
Proriderdesign reserves the right to refuse the eligibility of entries that do not
comply with the instructions mentioned above.

ARTICLE 4: RESULTS
A random draw will designate 1 winner from all eligible participants. It will be conducted by the organizers of this contest via random draw software, and will take place on November 24,
2021
Prize at stake:
- 1 customizable deco kit worth €149

Subject to available models, brands, and years offered on the PRORIDERDESIGN,COM website

This kit will be neither exchangeable nor refundable 

 The relevant winner will be designated after verification of the validity of their participation with regard to the criteria detailed in these rules.

Winner information:
The winner designated by the draw:
1. Will be tagged in an Instagram post published from the Instagram account of Proriderdesign,com (@proriderdesign)
2. They will then receive a notification on Instagram informing them that they have been tagged in a
post by @proriderdesign
3. The winner will be invited to contact Proriderdesign,com by private message to
provide their contact details (last name, first name, postal address and phone number) as well as to share the model, brand and year of their motorcycle and the desired customization

Subject to available models, brands, and years offered on the PRORIDERDESIGN,COM website

Prize availability :
The winner will receive their deco kit at the address provided by message. If within 7 days following the Instagram notification or message, the drawn winner has not responded to the organizer
(sending the private message with contact details), they will be considered as having waived the prize
concerned and it will be considered cancelled.
The information requested in the private message is necessary for the organization of the contest
and for awarding the prize to the winner. It is exclusively intended for the organizer and
used solely within the framework of the Contest - #shoptonkit
No cash prize or any other advantage or alternative prize will be awarded in exchange for a
prize that is returned to the organizer due to an incorrect address or unclaimed within
the month following the announcement of results. Any incomplete or inaccurate registration will not be taken into
account and will result in the entry being void. An ineligible winner (having expressly or tacitly waived the prize,
false declaration, multiple winners per household, multiple
entries per person) will not be awarded the prize and the undistributed prize will not be
reassigned to another participant. The prize will therefore be considered cancelled.
Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may result in the exclusion of its author from the contest, the organizer reserving the right, where applicable, to initiate
legal proceedings against them. Any dispute or claim relating to this contest must be submitted in writing and
sent to the contest address and cannot be considered beyond a period of one month from
the closing of the contest.

ARTICLE 5: PRIZE DELIVERY
The prize will be sent to the winner by post, free of charge, based on the contact details they will have
provided by private message via Instagram. The prize will be sent by the organizer within
one month after validation of the design customization

Proriderdesign,com, organizer of the contest and sender of the prize, cannot under any circumstances be held
liable in the event of loss or damage to the prize by the postal service or by any carrier
responsible for transport and/or in the event of defective operation of the postal service or any
carrier responsible for transport.

ARTICLE 6: DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY
All necessary precautions will be taken by Proriderdesign,com to preserve the security of
personal information and to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or
communicated to unauthorized third parties.
In accordance with the provisions of the law of January 6, 1978 No 7817, every participant has the
right to access, rectify or object to the processing of their personal data. They may
object to their information being subject to processing, thereby expressly
waiving their participation in the Contest. To exercise their rights, participants must send
their written request to Proriderdesign,com at the following address: 1 Allée des Maronniers,

ARTICLE 7: COPY OF THE RULES
These rules will be available on the website ProRiderDesign - Online sale of custom deco kits for motocross, quad and enduro in the CONTEST category menu and can be sent free of charge to any person who requests it by email at the following address: graphics.industriesecretariat@gmail.com

ARTICLE 8: INTERPRETATION OF THESE RULES
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The Ministry of the Interior cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its
control, the operation were to be modified, postponed, or partially or fully cancelled.
Proriderdesign,com may, by right, be required to cancel the draw due to its
failure and to reorganize the draw at a later date. Furthermore, the Ministry of the Interior cannot be held responsible if a malfunction occurs during the draw or during
participation on Instagram: bug, virus, technical issue, breach, unauthorized intervention,
fraud, action of a competitor, or any other matter outside the company's control.
ARTICLE 9: APPLICABLE LAW
These rules are governed by French law.
