Order lead times and process

In order to be as clear as possible with our customers, you will find below some useful lead times for some of our most popular products and services.

Currently active at a national and international level, we are receiving a large number of orders during this period.

The complete production of your graphics kit will require many steps and therefore many hours of work for its design and manufacturing, especially due to the large number of orders we are currently receiving.

GRAPHICS KITS and SEAT COVERS

Complete graphics kits, individual elements and all other custom or standard stickers are all printed together in the same print runs. They can generally take:

Mockup design time:

approximately 24 working hours from the order date or receipt of all necessary elements

Graphics kit production:

approximately 48 working hours (for custom orders this lead time starts after you have approved your mockup)

Custom seat cover production:

approximately 7 working days after approving your mockup

PROMO GRAPHICS KITS AND ACCESSORIES

All promotional graphics kits and accessories sold on our site are in stock with us!

They are shipped within 48 working hours from your order date. Unless you have other items in your order with a longer lead time, in which case everything will be shipped at the same time.

DELIVERY

Your parcel will be transported by DHL or Colissimo Laposte

The tracking number and link will be sent to you by email on the day of shipment.

With DHL you will be delivered to your home the day after shipping, before 6pm (Monday to Friday) for France and Europe.

Colissimo Laposte announces a lead time of 48 working hours for France, and 2 to 5 working days for Europe.

Throughout the process, we will do our best to keep you informed of the progress of your order.

Due to the nature of custom-made products, lead times may vary depending on the current workload. So that we can process your order as quickly as possible, please only send us a message if the lead times indicated above have been exceeded.

Contacting us for updates within the stated lead times will take our team away from the printers, cutters and computers and will further slow down the production of your orders.

CONTACT INFORMATION

Check your order information such as your email address and phone number for any typos or errors.

The most common issue slowing down orders comes from incorrect contact information. If we cannot reach you, we cannot process your order correctly!

LOGO FILE FORMATS

Another common factor that can slow down your order is the provision of incorrect logo file formats.

Vector PDF logo files guarantee clear and sharp printing of your sponsors' logos every time.

We cannot use screenshots, photos or jpeg logos as they will print blurry and look very poor.
